    With a background in global corporations and consulting at McKinsey & Company, Tadashi Inoue later served on the boards of several startups. Today, as a board member and professional principal of an educational foundation, he applies his management expertise to reimagining education—bridging industry and education to empower the next generation of leaders to drive positive social transformation.

    Tomohiro Yatsumonji
    Tomohiro Yatsumonji began his career at Sumitomo Corporation, handling U.S. aircraft manufacturer agency operations and later roles in strategy, finance, and investor relations. He then served as CFO’s Chief of Staff of a listed company, introducing management accounting. Now the third-generation head of Yatsumonji Gakuen, he oversees the institution and is Principal of Mito Business College and Mito Automobile College.

    Ryuji Yoshimizu began his career in corporate sales for asset management companies at a domestic trust bank. He later joined Ignition Point Inc., where he supported new business launches and growth for major IT companies. Then he provided business planning support for several startups. Currently, he develops and executes financial strategies for educational institutions, and offers support for professional school principals.
